At Rescued by Lacey, we do our best to get your orders packed and shipped as quickly as possible so you can start creating, decorating, or gifting right away!

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon EST) are processed and shipped the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon EST) are processed and shipped the next business day.

  • We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or high-volume days, processing may take slightly longer — but never by much! 😊

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery

All orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We offer a $9.95 flat-rate economy shipping option (typically USPS) on orders under $50 and free economy shipping (typically USPS) on orders over $50. Carrier selection for ground delivery may vary based on destination and package size. Expedited shipping or requests for a specific carrier are available for an additional cost; please reach out prior to placing your order so we can confirm availability and the best option for your shipment. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey every step of the way.

If you’re local to Milltown, NJ, we’re happy to offer free in-store pickup at our shop:

💌 Shipping Delays

While we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time, please note that carrier delays (especially during holidays or severe weather) are outside of our control.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the selected carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), and any delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control. In the event that a package is officially declared lost in writing by the carrier, we will assist with the carrier investigation and provide a refund or replacement once the claim has been resolved.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review and help find a solution.

🚚 Shipping Large Items & Furniture

Due to their size and weight, large items such as furniture are shipped via our trusted white-glove delivery service. This specialized service is designed to ensure your piece arrives safely and with the care it deserves.

Customers must contact us either prior to purchase or immediately after purchase to request a delivery quote. White-glove delivery pricing is based on your delivery zip code, item size, and handling requirements. Delivery will be scheduled once the shipping quote has been reviewed, approved, and paid in full. Timing and delivery details will then be coordinated directly with you.

🚛 Local Curbside Delivery

Local curbside delivery may be available for eligible orders only within approximately a two-hour driving radius from 08850. This option includes curbside delivery to a street-level porch or garage only. Interior delivery is not provided for this selection.

Eligibility for local delivery is determined by item size, weight, and handling requirements and is offered at our discretion. Availability, pricing, and scheduling must be coordinated with us in advance. Local delivery will be scheduled once the delivery quote has been approved and paid in full.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, customers are responsible for arranging any additional assistance needed to move items indoors after curbside delivery.
