All Sales Final

All sales are final. Please carefully review your selections (color, size, quantity, and workshop date) prior to completing your purchase.

We truly want you to love what you choose. If you have questions about a product, need help with a color match, or want clarification before registering for a workshop, we’re always happy to assist. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review and work toward a resolution.

Lost Package Policy

Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines and scanning updates are managed by the selected carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will absolutely assist if an issue arises. If a package is officially declared lost in writing by the carrier, we will support the carrier investigation and provide a replacement or refund once the claim process has been completed and approved.
